Cinnamon and Honey – Nature’s Remedy for Health

Take one tsp of lukewarm honey and mix it with ¼ spoon of cinnamon powder for three days, if you are suffering from cough and cold. You will get respite and sinuses will get cleared.

Indigestion:

Do you have regular acidity? Take Cinnamon powder sprinkled with honey before meals to ease out indigestion.

If you are overweight, daily in the morning in empty stomach have a glass of lukewarm water mixed with tsp of honey regularly. For best results, you can even have this mixture before going to bed. If taken regularly, fat will be removed even from the most obese person.

Clear Skin:

Three tsp of honey mixed with cinnamon powder paste can be applied on the skin to treat pimple and other spots. Apply the paste before going to bed and wash in the morning. The pimples will reduce and you will gradually get clear skin.

Longevity:

If the above reasons are not enough, take this regular drinking of tea mixed with honey and cinnamon powder will keep you young and diminish chances of getting old early. Take four tsp of honey with 1tsp of cinnamon powder boil with tea. Consume the tea three to four times a day to have youthful and fresh skin.
